Other housing sales across Turkey decreased by 24.7% compared to the same month of the previous year was 54 036. In other housing sales, Istanbul ranked first with 8 885 sales and 16.4% share. Ardahan was the province with the least other housing sales.

23 265 housing units sold for the first time

Istanbul was followed by Antalya with 668 sales, Ankara with 134 sales, Yalova with 123 sales and Bursa with 122 sales.

In June, Iraqi citizens have bought 429 from Turkey. Iraq was followed by Iran with 415 houses, Russian Federation with 190 houses, Germany with 126 houses and England and Kuwait with 113 houses.
